What “CGMP deviations” and “Class II” mean

CGMP means current good manufacturing practice: the rules for making drugs, including fluoride toothpaste, an over-the-counter drug. “CGMP Deviations” is the reason FDA printed; FDA has not described the specific manufacturing problem in these records.
