Monthly U.S. recall reports

Each report counts the month's FDA recalls (food, drugs, medical devices) and CPSC consumer-product recalls, compares them with the previous month and the year before, and breaks down what caused them — pathogens, undeclared allergens, foreign material, fire and choking hazards.
