What should I do if I have this product?
Consumers should immediately stop using affected pumps installed on the surface, such as those used in tanks and ponds, and contact Grundfos or your installer for a repair or replacement. Affected pumps that have not been installed yet should be returned for a replacement. For pumps installed in wells, no immediate action is required, but affected pumps should be identified and isolated and Grundfos contacted when the pump is removed from the well for any reason in the future. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.
