Consumers who have purchased the product from NelsonLife on Amazon.ca can contact NelsonLife for a refund through Amazon.ca's Buyer-Seller Messaging Service (Your Order -> Contact seller). Consumers who purchased between August 2026 and October 2026 have already been contacted directly and refunded. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.
