Lack of child-resistant packaging.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and return them to the retail location where they were purchased for replacement. For more information, consumers can contact Rexall Solutions by telephone at 1-877 505-2425 extension 207, between 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday or by email at [email protected]. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.
