Why was RootStim Minoxidil Hair Regrowth Treatment Bottles recalled?
The recalled hair regrowth products contain minoxidil, which must be in child-resistant packaging, as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act. The bottle is not child-resistant, posing a risk of serious injury or death from poisoning if the contents are ingested by young children.
What should I do if I have this product?
Consumers should secure the recalled products out of sight and reach of children immediately and contact RootStim for instructions on receiving a replacement product. Consumers will be asked to write “RECALLED” on the bottle, discard the bottle and send a photo of the discarded bottle to [email protected].
