Medline Recall Customer Service: 800-950-0128, option 7 (per the notice via AHCA/NCAL). FDA’s early-alert contact: 866-359-1704 or [email protected].

FDA’s earlier alert recommends leaving affected beds unplugged from wall power unless an adjustment needs electricity. It says to unplug and call for service if motors jam or stall, pendant controls do not work, wiring is damaged, the pendant is hot to the touch, or smoke or sparking occurs. The October 14 notice above limits electrical adjustments to emergencies.

Which Medline beds and pendants are recalled?

Medline’s October 14 notice extends removal to all Medline brand beds, per AHCA/NCAL. FDA has not published that full model list as of October 21, 2026, so a Medline brand bed absent from these tables is still covered by the removal. The tables contain only the 13 item numbers and UDI-DIs verified in FDA’s records.
