Description complémentaire du risque : « ces produits sont non-conformes (au sens du règlement novel food, présence de cannabinoïdes non autorisés (thc/cbd) et dangereux au sens de l'article 14 du règlement r178/2002). en effet, il est indiqué qu'il y a au minimum 20mg de thc par gummies. si on applique le calcul du dépassement de la dose de référence aigue (arfd) : 10000g/70 = 142 (cf annexe 2 de l'it 2026-260), cette teneur est susceptible de présenter un risque pour le consommateur »
