Description complémentaire du risque : « la datura peut être à l’origine d’intoxications aiguës. les alcaloïdes contenus dans la datura peuvent provoquer des troubles hépatiques, nerveux et sanguins: sécheresse de la bouche, pupilles dilatées, troubles de la vue, tachycardie, agitation, confusion, désorientation spatio-temporelle, hallucinations, paroles incohérentes… de très petites quantités suffisent pour déclencher une intoxication. »
