Motif du rappel : « non conformité caractéristiques alimentaires »

Risques encourus : toxines endogènes : histamine

Préconisations sanitaires : « les toxi-infections alimentaires à histamine apparaissent en ½ heure à quelques heures après la consommation du plat responsable et consistent en une allergie aiguë. les symptômes observés sont classiquement des rougeurs et un « gonflement » du visage, des maux de tête, une sensation de chaleur et de malaise, associés à des signes digestifs (nausées, vomissements, diarrhée). les personnes à terrain allergique sont particulièrement concernées car elles peuvent en outre présenter des troubles respiratoires aigus : elles doivent absolument s'abstenir de consommer les denrées mentionnées et, en cas d'apparition de tels symptômes, consulter sans délai le service des urgences. la rémission est habituellement spontanée et accélérée grâce à l'administration d'un anti-histaminique. »
