Padded crib bumpers are banned under the Safe Sleep for Babies Act . CPSC urges consumers to stop using the crib bumpers immediately and dispose of them. Do not sell or give away these hazardous crib bumpers. CPSC issued a Notice of Violation to the seller, Mbabyjon of Newark, Delaware. Mbabyjon has been unresponsive to CPSC’s request to recall these crib bumpers or offer a remedy to consumers. This warning involves Mbabyjon crib bumpers. The padded crib bumpers are pink with black and white stars on one side and white with pink stars on the other and have pink ribbons. There are no markings or labels on the product. CPSC is aware the firm may have also sold this product in other colors/patterns.
