Why was Wheat Crackers recalled?
The wheat germ used by the firm to make their products was recalled by the wheat germ manufacturer because it was potentially contaminated with metal fragments approximately 05.mm in diameter and 3-15 mm in length. The contamination occurred at the raw ingredient manufacturer.
