Why was Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. Snowmobiles recalled?
The snowmobiles' fuel tanks can crack allowing liquid fuel and fuel vapor to leak, posing a fire and burn hazard to consumers. In addition, a problem with the throttle cable can lead to loss of speed control, posing a crash hazard.
