Why was CPSC, HSN LP and Innova, Inc. Announce Expansion of the recalled?
The non-stick part of the pan can separate forcefully and be propelled when the pan is preheated, used on high heat, or used for frying, deep-frying or braising. This can pose a serious burn hazard from hot oil or food contents spilling onto consumers.
What should I do if I have this product?
Consumers should stop using these fry pans immediately. HSN and Innova have contacted consumers instructing them to return the pans to Innova, in exchange for replacement cookware, an HSN credit, or a refund. Contact: Consumers with any questions should call Innova on (877) 368-3405 between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. CT Monday through Friday or log on to www.hsn.com for more information.
