The front shocks can break apart internally while riding. If this happens, the shock halves can separate, causing the ATV suspension to fail. The operator can lose control of the ATV, possibly resulting in injury or death.

Consumers should stop riding these ATVs and contact their local Cannondale dealer to schedule an appointment to have the front shocks replaced for free. Product description
These 2002 and 2003 model year ATVs have "Cannondale" and "Cannibal" on both sides of the bodywork. "Cannondale" appears on the rear fenders and bodywork of the vehicle; "Cannibal" appears roughly inboard of the operator's knee location.
